I was updated about Chef Leung's funeral. It was apparently quite the humorous affair. An went in my stead, but apparently took that quite seriously and dressed as me. It was an affair quite like the man it celebrated. Funny, light-hearted, and with more laughter than tears. Seeing the pictures and hearing the stories are the final piece I needed to be okay. He also apparently sent me a Christmas gift months in advance and why am I not surprised it's a huge frozen rack of meat. He used to make to use them as punching bags when my temper was running rampant.
